Lumoro does not collect or store protected health information. We don't even collect names. While we're not subject to HIPAA requirements, we voluntarily comply with many HIPAA standards as good practice.

Users can reply HELP to any Lumoro text to receive crisis resources, including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In emergencies, we direct users to dial 911. Lumoro is not a crisis-response service.
