1. The Program

These Creator Program Terms govern participation in the Lumoro Creator Program. They are between Lumoro LLC and the creator who generates or uses a Lumoro creator code.

Lumoro may give Creator a unique code or link to share with Creator's audience. The code may provide the current audience offer and is used for attribution and creator-program payouts. Lumoro may approve, reject, pause, change, or retire any creator code if needed for fraud prevention, spam prevention, legal compliance, platform compliance, product changes, or brand safety.

Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or exclusive relationship. Creator is an independent contractor. Creator may participate from outside the United States, but Lumoro is currently available only to referred subscribers located in the United States. Creator represents that Creator is at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms, sign electronically, grant content rights, and receive creator-program payouts.

2. Current Offer

Unless Lumoro states otherwise in writing, the current public creator offer is:

Eligible referred users located in the United States receive 7 days free, then continue at $11/month unless they cancel, when they redeem Creator's approved code in the intended signup flow.
Creator may earn $5 after a referred user's first paid Stripe invoice clears and the refund window below has passed.

Lumoro may change future offers, payout rates, payout methods, minimums, or eligibility rules. Changes will not create retroactive payouts unless Lumoro says so in writing. No earnings are guaranteed.

3. Payout Eligibility

A payout is eligible only when the referred user is located in the United States, used Creator's approved code or link in the intended signup flow, became a paying Lumoro subscriber, the relevant Stripe invoice was successfully paid and not refunded, reversed, charged back, credited, disputed, or canceled, the 30-day refund and clawback window has passed, Creator's account and code are in good standing, and Lumoro can reasonably verify the referral was legitimate.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bot traffic, spam, coupon abuse, misleading promotion, incentivized signups not approved by Lumoro, and referrals that violate these Terms are not eligible.

4. Payout Timing and Method

Lumoro reviews creator payouts monthly. The current minimum payout threshold is $10. Amounts below the threshold may roll forward.

Lumoro may require Creator to provide a valid payout email, tax form, legal name, address, payment method details, or other reasonable payment information before paying. Creator is responsible for accurate payout details. Creator is responsible for all taxes, reporting, expenses, and compliance obligations related to creator income.

5. FTC, Platform, and Disclosure Rules

Creator must clearly disclose Creator's connection to Lumoro whenever required by law, platform rules, or endorsement guidelines. This includes when Creator receives money, free access, gifts, affiliate commissions, referral payouts, or anything else of value from Lumoro.

For every post, story, video, bio link, caption, comment, livestream, or other endorsement that mentions Lumoro, Creator must clearly disclose the material connection close to the endorsement. Disclosures must be easy to notice and not hidden behind "more," vague tags, or unrelated hashtag blocks. Examples may include "Ad," "Sponsored by Lumoro," "Lumoro partner," or "I may earn if you subscribe with my code." Platform paid-partnership labels may help but do not replace clear disclosure.

6. Content and Claims

Creator should use Creator's own honest voice. Creator must not make false, misleading, deceptive, medical, clinical, therapeutic, crisis-support, addiction-treatment, professional-care, guaranteed-result, income, or performance claims about Lumoro.

Creator may say what Creator honestly experienced, such as that Lumoro helped Creator feel calmer, gave Creator a more intentional morning, or fit into Creator's routine, if true. Creator may not imply that Lumoro diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, guarantees, or replaces medical care, therapy, crisis support, addiction treatment, professional advice, sleep improvement, trauma recovery, productivity, or earnings.

7. Creator Content Rights

Creator keeps ownership of Creator's content. By generating a creator code and checking the Creator Program Terms box, Creator grants Lumoro permission to use Lumoro-related content Creator submits, tags, mentions, sends, approves, or publicly posts, including Creator's name, Instagram handle, image, likeness, voice, captions, testimonials, screenshots, video, and related social content, for Lumoro marketing, organic social, paid ads, landing pages, whitelisting, boosting, Meta partnership ads, TikTok Spark Ads, and related promotional uses for one year from Creator's acceptance.

Creator confirms Creator owns or controls the rights needed to grant these permissions and that Creator content will not infringe another person's rights. Platform tools such as Meta partnership ads, TikTok Spark Ads, whitelisting, or boosting may still require separate platform-level permissions from Creator.

Creator may email hello@trylumoro.com to ask Lumoro to stop future use of Creator content where reasonably practicable. This does not undo prior lawful uses, completed campaigns, reporting, archived records, or records Lumoro reasonably keeps for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons.

8. Fraud, Spam, and Brand Safety

Creator must not use spam, fake urgency, misleading payout promises, fake testimonials, unauthorized giveaways, scraped contact lists, paid traffic that hides the source, prohibited platform tactics, impersonation, or content that could harm Lumoro's users, reputation, deliverability, payment systems, or platform accounts.

Lumoro may withhold, reverse, or cancel unpaid payouts tied to suspected fraud, spam, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, policy violations, or inaccurate promotion.

9. Termination and Changes

Creator may stop participating at any time. Lumoro may suspend or terminate Creator's participation, code, link, unpaid payouts, or future eligibility at any time for legal, fraud, spam, platform, business, operational, or brand-safety reasons.

Lumoro may update these Terms as the program changes. The version in effect when a referral becomes payout-eligible governs that payout unless Lumoro says otherwise in writing.
